Colleen Reilly Obituary
CEDARVILLE — Colleen Michele Reilly, aged 24, of Cedarville, OH, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017 at Kettering Medical Center after a brief illness. Born on January 13, 1993 in Newton, NJ, she was the daughter of Kevin and Cynthia "Tia" (Reed) Reilly. Colleen fulfilled her own dreams and those of many others through her business, Cole Reilly Photography; she also worked as custodian at Legacy Christian Academy and enjoyed interacting with students and staff. She was an active member at Grace Baptist Church in Cedarville, OH, working frequently with children and youth classes. Survivors include her parents Kevin and Cynthia of San Jose, Costa Rica, her brother Sean and his wife Christina and their two children Galen and Tali of Xenia, OH; her sister Kaitlyn and her husband Darrin Morrow of Xenia, OH; and her sister Tara Reilly of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by her fiancé Tanner Kuech of Beavercreek, OH; by 15 dear aunts and uncles and their children; by her grandparents Veronica Reilly of Cedar Knolls, NJ; Esther Reed of Greenville, SC; and Leigh and Violet Reed of Asheville, NC. With her family who served as missionaries through churches and schools, Colleen grew up in Paraguay, South America, and Costa Rica, Central America. She enjoyed photography, musicals, and everything Disney. Everyone who knew her will remember her joy, her smile, her fun, her faith in Jesus, and her belief in deep friendships. Family will welcome visitors to the viewing at Grace Baptist Church, Cedarville, OH, on Tuesday, August 22 between 6 and 8pm. A service to remember and celebrate Colleen's life will occur at the same location on Wednesday, August 23, at 10am. Burial will follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sojourn Academy, San Jose, Costa Rica, through Grace Baptist Church, Cedarville, OH. (Checks may be made out to Grace Baptist Church, with Sojourn Academy noted in the memo.) Arrangements in care of Jackson Lytle & Lewis Funeral Home. It's sad when we lose the young and from illness is even worse. I knw she is with our Lord and an angel for sure. It is we who suffer frm the loss but we must remember she is home with our Heavenly Father and one day we will all be together again and that's what keeps our hearts going. I am so sorry for your great loss and I pray the Holy Spirit will be upon you in your time of grieve. She lives in your hearts forever and I pray you find comfort knowing she now watches over you.

Dear Reilly family, I heard about Colleen from Aunt Marla, Aunt Laura and Dad. It seems a lifetime ago we were all together in PY and yet it is as vivid as yesterday. Whether God calls them home through a longer journey like Charity's or a shorter one like Colleen's it is never easy. I know there will always be a void where she was supposed to sit, in conversation where she was supposed insert her two cents worth. I like to consider that the void is actually in heaven...the spot we will fill one day. Know that I pray for you- grace, peace and comfort in knowing how free she is now. Take care of each other! It doesn't seem that long ago when all the kids were sitting on the floor after some Thanksgiving, and then we found out we weren't actually cousins. It was a shock! For the brief periods where our families were together, it was always something we looked forward to, and regardless of blood ties, we always considered the Reilly's family.
My heart aches for your loss. May the Lord give you comfort and a healing balm to help sustain you all. Praying for you, and sending love from afar.
