My deepest sympathies to Dick and family. I remember Cindy from our early days in dog showing with her beloved Westies and my Cairns. I know she will be greeted by many joyful barks and wagging tails! May God wrap His loving arms around you, Dick, and give you peace and comfort in the coming days. Cindy will be missed.
