FAIRBORN — Rickey E. Warner, age 64, of Saint Paris, OH passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in his residence. Born on October 13, 1953 in Dayton, he was a son of William and May (Spurlock) Warner who survive in Burnside, KY. Rick married Brenda Lou Regula on June 13, 1987 and she survives in St. Paris. He is also survived by three daughters; Cassie Warner of St. Paris, Kelsie Warner (Jonathan Davy) of Troy and Andrea Warner of Fairborn; one brother, Gary (Paula) Warner of Burnside, KY; two brothers-in-law, David (Sheryl) Regula and Randy (Pat) Regula, and a sister-in-law, Gayetta Regula and their families all of Maplewood, OH. Rick was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Elsie Sheets, and his father and mother-in-law, Leroy and Esther Regula. He was formerly employed by Cemex in Fairborn, OH. He enjoyed camping, going to concerts, drag racing and model trains. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Donations in Rick's memory may be made to University of Cincinnati Physicians and mailed to: University of Cincinnati, Division of Transplantation, 231 Albert Sabin Way, Cincinnati, Ohio 45267-0058. Hello,I am so sorry to hear Rick passed away.
I knew Rick from 1st grade into his adult life.He was a good friend and one funny guy for sure.All of my family knew him through many years of his life.He was good friends with my brothers and worked at the Cement Plant with one of my brothers.We all knew him well.We are sad he has passed and we send our prayers to all of his family and friends.
