FAIRBORN — Teresa V. "Terrie" Ensor, age 71 of Fairborn, passed away Tuesday June 11, 2024 at the Hospice of Dayton. She was born February 17, 1953 in Portsmouth, Ohio, the daughter of James M. and Rita J. (West) Ensor. Terrie was a graduate of Fairborn Baker High School and Indiana University. She was employed with General Dynamics in Lima and followed with Ford Motor Company where she retired from. Her hobbies included reading and she was a sports fanatic. She was a loyal Ohio State Buckeyes fan and only struggled who to cheer for when they played her alma mater, the IU Hoosiers. Preceded in death by her father, James in 2003; maternal grandparents, Charles and Edith West; paternal grandparents, George and Flora Ensor; uncles, Charles, James, and John West, Vernon Ensor, Vollin Ensor; aunts, Eloise Henderson, Eleanor Bryant, Gaynel Raschen, and Mary Hobson. She is survived by her mother, Rita of Fairborn; cousins, Doug West, Jeff West, Trisha West, Lori West-Adkins; extended family, Scott Ensor, Christy Ensor, Jason (Heather) Hoff; as well as other family members and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday June 15, 2024 from 2:00 – 3:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn. A graveside service will be held on Sunday June 16, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in South Shore, KY, her cousin, Rebecca Lawson will officiate.
