Wanda Newton Obituary

XENIA — Wanda Jean Newton, 75, of Xenia, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, November 21, 2025, at her residence. She was born August 25, 1950, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Victor and Dorothy Hall Holbrook. She is survived by her husband, Earl Newton(the 3rd) (of 58 years), three sons, Earl Newton, (the 4th) Jay (Jessie) Newton, and Jeremy Newton, five grandchildren, Christian (Caitlyn) Newton, Jayla (Loo) Denelus, Emilie Newton, Jazmin Newton, and Crystal Newton, two great-grandchildren, Jayven and Javonnie, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Wanda spent many years working in the retail industry, but her greatest joy in life, besides Jesus, was being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with her whole heart and enjoyed singing songs of worship in her local church for many years. Wanda was known to have a generous spirit and would always look to show the love of Jesus to those in need. Wanda will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, December 1, 2025, at Xenia Nazarene Church, 1204 W. Second St., Xenia. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. Monday until service time. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens directly after the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital, at stjude.org. in her memory. Condolences may be made to the family at www.NeeldFuneralHome.com.
