JONESBOROUGH - Gary Joseph Fann, 62, of Church Hill, passed away at his home Sunday.
Gary was born Dec. 19, 1960, to the late Gurney and Lovada Dotson Fann.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents: Hobart and Kitty Dotson, and John and Mattie Fann; brothers-in-law: Tony Sutton, Keith King & Mike King; and his mother-in-law: Lois King.
Survivors include wife: Rhonda King Fann; children: Lance Fann and fiancée, Brittany Greene, and Heath Fann both of Greeneville, Jessica Naples of Johnson City and Jonathan Naples of Bristol; a sister: Kathy Fann Sutton and fiancé, Steve Carter of Chuckey; a niece: Amber Sutton Moorman and her husband, Sam of Greeveville; a nephew: Scott Sutton of Chuckey; grandchildren: Mason and Bailey Grace Fann of Greeneville, Scarlet Peters of Johnson City, and Dezman John Tate of Bristol; an uncle: Lee Fann of Mosheim; his father-in-law: Robert King and his wife, Debbie; a brother-in-law: Robert King and his wife, Kristine; a sister-in-law: Patience Haye and her husband, Jason, of North Carolina; and special friends:, Donna and Richard Williams, Joseph Brown, Dan and Christine Kelley, Jennifer Brady and Mike King.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. in at Dillow-Taylor Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Alder officiating.
Graveside service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Carters Chapel Cemetery in Mosheim.
The family expresses a special thanks to Joshua Stone for his excellent care, the nurses at Holston Valley Hospital, ICU Ward and Step-down unit and Covid unit.
