John Thomas Gerhardt, 41, of West Pines Road, Afton, passed away Wednesday at his home.
He worked at Westlake Building Supply where he worked as a Director of Marketing and Product Management.
John attended Notre Dame Catholic Church.
He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. John loved the outdoors, the lake, shooting, watching sports and Bourbon. He was a sports Guru but especially loved his, Notre Dame University Football.
John is survived by his wife: Jennifer Gerhardt; a daughter: E'va Gerhardt; his father and mother: Tom and Lynda Gerhardt of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandmother: Carolyn Harding of Clark, South Dakota; a sister and her husband: Erin and Matt Parrack of Prescott, Arizona; nieces: Sophia Parrack and Natalie Parrack, both of Prescott, Arizona; a brother and wife: Patrick and Stacy Gerhardt of Bentonville, Arkansas; a niece: Haylee Haines of Bentonville; a nephew and niece: Ayden Gerhardt and Olivia Gerhardt, both of Bentonville; as well as numerous cousins and friends.
Services will be held at a later date in Lexington, Kentucky and Phoenix, Arizona.
