Jonathon D. Graham, 31, of Chuckey, the South Central community, passed away early Tuesday morning at his home.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He had worked for Valk Industries and the U.S. Forest Service.
Jonathon loved the outdoors, mountain adventures, fishing, and farming.
Those left to cherish his memories are, his grandparents, who raised him: Terry and Carolyn Johnson; a daughter: Bailey Grace Ann; his parents: Donna Graham and Mark (Sherina) Gunter; a special aunt: Tina (Richard) Spear; two special uncles: Don (Holly) Graham and Travis Graham; first cousins: Bill (Heather) Young Jr., Dylan Graham, Christian Spear, and Creed Graham; a special nephew: Jordan Spears; many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: "Papaw" Charlie Graham, who was his special fishing buddy, and John and Sandra Gunter; his great-grandparents: Bill and Annie Graham, and Charlie Bill and Dortha Johnson; and a cousin: Cody Starling.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Saturday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home. Due to medical conditions, the family asks that those attending consider wearing a mask during visitation and services.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in Doughty-Stevens Chapel with the Rev. Lowell Bowens and the Rev. Terry Johnson officiating.
Interment will follow in Liberty Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will include Bill Young, Christian Spear, Dylan Graham, Martin Adams, Tyler Burgner, and Robert Tarlton.
Honorary pallbearers will include Steven Dunbar, Logan Cain and Jacob Starling.
