Leigh Ann Shell Purgason, 44, passed away Tuesday at Greeneville Community Hospital East.
She was of the Christian faith and has gone home to be with her Lord. She loved people, she worked as a real estate agent and most recently as an insurance agent with Direct Insurance. She enjoyed life and the many relationships she had made in life.
Survivors include her parents: Tammy and Lee Ervin; her two nephews: Kingston and Kamron; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her brother: Brian Scott Shell Jr.; and her grandparents: Dick and Doris Cooter, and Marion and Mary Wilson.
At her request, her body will be cremated and there will be no formal services.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Doughty-Stevens Funeral home to defray funeral expenses.
