Born: April 5, 1958 | Died: November 28, 2025
Lloyd Timothy McCamey, 67, of the Carters Chapel Community, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday evening after a brief illness.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years: Kimberly McCamey; one daughter and son-in-law: Kassie and Josh Trentham; a very special granddaughter, whom was the light of his life: Mayleigh Elizabeth Trentham; special sister and brother-in-law: Sherry and David Fincher; sister-in-law: Sharon Lowe; nephews: Philip and Dawn Lowe, Nathan and Aimee Lowe. Several great nieces and nephews, and cousins; Longtime friends: Jay and Angel Early, Richie and Sherry Henry, and Jackie Hipps.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Kenneth and Mary McCamey; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Orville and Nannie Johnson; special nephew: Dustin Fincher; and brother-in-law: Wayland Lowe.
The family will receive friends at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home from 5 - 7 p.m. on Thursday.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Carters Chapel Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m.
Honorary pallbearers will be Philip Lowe, Nathan Lowe, David Fincher, Jay Early, Richie Henry, and Jackie Hipps.
