Lucille House Jordan, 94, of Sunnyside community, passed away Saturday morning at Life Care Center of Greeneville.
She was a member of Mt. Carmel at Sunnyside United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a son-in-law: Bill Haney; two grandchildren: Charlie Brown and Sam Hensley; and several special nieces, nephews, church family, and neighbors.
She was preceded in death by her daughter: Patsy Haney. The family stated, "After being together EVERYDAY for 71 years, 22 days must had seemed like a lifetime apart! NOW!! Patsy and her mother Lucille are together again forever!! Two amazing strong women taken too soon!! We love you both dearly and will miss you both terribly!!
There will be a private burial in River Hill Cemetery with a memorial service held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials maybe made to Mt Carmel United Methodist Church, c/o Vana Morelock, 445 Cicero Ave., Greeneville, TN 37743.
