Dennis Clifford Cozatt

Dennis Clifford Cozatt, 72, of Greenfield, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at his residence. He was born on December 30, 1952, in Watertown, Wisconsin to the late LeRoy & Margaret (Konsoer) Cozatt. Dennis graduated from Watertown High School in 1971 and later graduated in 1975, with his bachelor's degree in marketing from University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. Dennis married the love of his life, Susan Marie Beyer, on May 21, 1977.

Dennis spent much of his career in retail sales with a long stent in management at Wilson's Leather. In his early years, he enjoyed photography but has always been a huge sports fan and enjoyed cheering on the Badgers, Packers, and Colts. He also enjoyed spending time with his family whether it was seashell collecting with Susan on their beach vacations, playing with his grandkids, or taking an afternoon walk with the dogs.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Susan Cozatt; daughter, Katelyn (Matthew) Beckman; son, Nicholas (Melissa) Cozatt; grandchildren, Stella Beckman, Eric Cozatt, Alex Cozatt, and Payton Cozatt; brother, Richard (Kathleen) Cozatt; brother-in-law; Carl (Sharon) Beyer; sister-in-law; Karen Cozatt. Dennis is preceded in death by his parents mentioned above; and brother, James Cozatt.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US HWY 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 p.m.
