Angelia (Angie) Leigh Roberts Kahler age 51 of McKinney, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023. Angie was born September 21, 1971, in Greensboro, North Carolina to Richard Roberts and Patricia Murphy. She attended Southern Guilford High School where she met her lifelong love and husband Daniel. Angie always said she was so lucky to be married to her best friend. Together they attended Campbell University where she received her Juris Doctorate in Law. Angie was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved life, her family, and people of all walks of life. She loved reading, listening to her podcasts, and cooking wonderful meals for her family. She was very creative in the kitchen, and it was her kitchen. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 30 years, Daniel Kahler; her children, Patricia Reed, Sarah Jewel, Nicholas Grey, and Jasper Henry Kahler of McKinney Texas; parents, the late Jim Murphy and Patricia Murphy of McKinney, Texas; siblings, Sharon Duggins of Greensboro, North Carolina, Douglas Roberts (Kathy) of Florida, Dawn Dowda (Travis) of Greensboro, North Carolina; and many other loving family members and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Guilford Baptist Church, 5904 W. Market Street, Greensboro, North Carolina, 27409. Family visitation will immediately follow the Celebration of Life at the church.
