KERNERSVILLE â€" Dorothy "Dot" Threadgill Spruill, 85, passed away Friday, July 8, 2022, at her home. Dot was born on September 23, 1936, in Guilford County. A funeral service for Dot will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. Burial will follow at Oak Springs Baptist Church.
