Mel, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. I remember vividly the kindness you and your parents showed me in the Summer of 1971 ... after our orientation at Guilford, you took me home with you until it was time to leave for the Greensboro airport. My first introduction to southern hospitality!!!

Mack and Nan,
I was sorry to hear about your mother. She was one tough lady, wasn't she. Her health had been declining for several years, but now she is healthy and happy with the Lord. That doesn't replace the grief and sadness you feel though. Know that I will be thinking of you and praying you will find the strength to carry on in these next days and weeks. Debbie
