Flora Belle Bulla Mesimore

GREENSBORO Flora Belle Bulla Mesimore, 90, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 at Friends Home at Guilford. She was born in Guilford County on June 23, 1928, the daughter of Herbert F. and Lessie Belle Langley Bulla. She was married on October 22, 1949 to Harold Martin Mesimore who preceded her in death. Flora was employed at Wesley Long Hospital as a switchboard operator but spent most of her time caring for her family. She was a long-time member of Glenwood Friends Meeting where she was on the tape ministry and the Lelia Dunman Missionary Circle. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking bread and crocheting. Flora is survived by her children; Neilsa Warren of Greensboro, NC, Gregory Mesimore (Charlotte) of Chicago, Illinois, Marleen Farris of Lincolnton, NC; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was one of fourteen children and is survived by four siblings. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 2:00 pm at Glenwood Friends Meeting with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
