Rev. Joe Henry Paschal

REIDVSILLE Rev. Joe Henry Paschal, 81, of Reidsville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at the Brian Center Eden. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018, at Christian Fellowship Assembly of God with Pastor Bill McKinney, Pastor Gary Loftis and Rev. Kenny Barbour officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 29 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the home. Rev. Paschal was born in Rockingham County to the late Rev. Loftin and Lula Somers Paschal. He was a loving, dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He was retired from Koury Corporation with over 30 years of service. Throughout his career, he also served faithfully in ministry, first retiring from Full Gospel Assembly as pastor and then felt called to the evangelistic ministry. His passion was to share the message of Jesus to anyone that would listen. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Pastor Elbert Paschal. He is survived by his wife, Christine Vernon Paschal of the home; his children, Christy Pulliam and husband, Paul of Pelham and Randy Paschal and wife, Maggie of Reidsville; his grandchildren, John Pulliam and wife, Heather, T.J. Davis, Brandon Pulliam and wife, Leslie, Mindy Huffines and husband, Hunter, Taylor Paschal, Sara Paschal and Emily Paschal; great-grandchildren, Makayla, Luke, Miranda and Parker; his brother, Calvin Paschal and wife, Peggy of Reidsville; his sister, Linda McKinney and husband, Pastor Bill of Pelham; his sister-in-law, Louise Paschal of Reidsville, and a large extended family.
