November 16, 1946 - October 16, 2025

Lauren Elizabeth Blair Hendren, 78 died at her home in Stokesdale, October 16, 2025. She was born November 16, 1946, in Essex County New Jersey to the late Otis E and Gladys E. Speer Blair. She was a very creative lady in everything she did. She designed and sold jewelry and many other crafty items. Her best talent was singing and playing guitar. She attended Gideon Grove Methodist when her health permitted.

Survivors include her sons, Thomas Golladay of Greensboro and Timothy Golladay and wife Shana of Oak Ridge; two grandchildren, Cale Golladay and Cade Golladay; two sisters, Susan Pagdon and Janice Bizzub.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life and the date is yet to be determined.

Lauren used to be in the Stokesdale Community Choir. She always had a smile on her face and loved life. I enjoyed our time together. She loved her grandchildren dearly. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Sondra Beene
