Terry Lee Miller, 88, of Greensboro, passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at the home of Debbie M. Payne.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 7, 2021 at Hines Chapel in McLeansville, NC, with Pastor Milton Wilder and Pastor Calvin Sacra officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Terry was born in Randolph County in 1932 to George Pell Miller, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Miller. He was a former employee of North State Milling Company. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, western cowboy movies, and NASCAR auto racing. He especially enjoyed Sunday family dinners.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Bruce Hill Miller, and brother, June Ray Miller.

He is survived by his brother, George Pell Miller, Jr.; his two sisters, Ruby M. Lynch and Pauline M. Barrow; 6 children, Sandy Teague, Debbie Payne (Jimmy), Garry Miller (Ping), Larry Miller (Sharon), Randy Miller (Debbie), and Jeffrey Miller (Lisa); 14 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.

Terry was a lifelong member of Hines Chapel Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hines Chapel Church: 4476 Hines Chapel Road, McLeansville, NC 27301.
