Brian Sanders Obituary

Brian Adam Sanders, age 16, of 973 Leesville Church Road, died Tuesday, Sept. 10, due to an automobile accident.

He was born in Greenwood, and was the son of Brian Keith and Cynthia Brown Sanders, of the home.

He was a junior at Clinton High School, where he played on the varsity football team. He was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Block "C" Club and was an affiliate of Beaver Dam Baptist Church.

He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Betty Joanna Sanders, of Clinton; maternal grandparents, Ronnie Brown of Clinton and Linda Woody of Clinton; two aunts and uncles, Libby and Earl McWaters of Clinton, and Rhonda and Mitchel Scott of Clinton; and four cousins, Austin McWaters, Leann Samples, Amy Scott and Justin Scott.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at Community Baptist Church, Adair St., with interment at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends Thursday, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the funeral home.

The family will be at 100 Washington St. in Clinton. Gray Funeral Home of Clinton.
