Clemmie Stephens Obituary
Born in Anderson County, a daughter of the late Julius J. and Lillie Eta Chapman Murphy. Mrs. Stephens retired from Alice Manufacturing Co. She was a member of Arial United Methodist Church and the Ladies Sunday School Class.
Mrs. Stephens was the last member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Ruth S. Watson; a brother; and two sisters. She is survived by a grandchild; and a great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hillcrest Memorial Park, with the Rev. Jerry James officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arial United Methodist Church, c/o Tammy Lackey, 183 Bagwell St., Easley, SC 29640. - Robinson Funeral Home.
