Mount Pleasant
The funeral service for David Rutherford Galloway will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2017 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC. DOWNTOWN CHAPEL, 232 Calhoun Street at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends following the service at The Charleston Yacht Club. The burial will be held on January 4, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Beaufort National Cemetery. A reception will follow.
Memorials may be made in his memory to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society at www.donate.nmcrs.org.

David was a great guy, a good friend. I never heard him say anything unkind about anyone. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Bridget and I were glad to see him at the recent birthday party for Beverly. He looked as though it was difficult for him to be there, but he was his usual pleasant self.
Good people are impossible to replace and David was a good example of that.
