James Pearson Obituary
A native of Greenville County, a son of the late Odis and Grace Pressley Pearson, he was a U.S. Army veteran, a retired employee of Mohawk Industries and attended Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Peggy B. Pearson, of the home; a son, Michael K. Pearson, of Travelers Rest; a brother, Wilton (Jack) Pearson, of Piedmont; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Mr. Pearson was predeceased by a daughter, Andrea P. Price.
Cryptside services will be held at 3 p.m. today at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, conducted by the Rev. John Everhart and the Rev. Joe Price.
Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. today at The Wood Mortuary.
The family is at the home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice. -- The Wood Mortuary Inc.
