I will miss Bob and have missed him since he moved to North Carolina. He taught art classes at FULIR now OLLI and I learned a great deal from him. He also was full of fun. His talent in art went from landscape, flowers to asian. I have a copy of his book, "All About Your Kilt" and will treasure it. He was a treasure and will be greatly missed by his friends at OLLI. May the God who binds up the brokenhearted and comforts all who mourn; sustain your family in this time of sorrow. (Isaiah 61:1,2)

Bob worked frequently with my father Avery Wood, and dad thought the world of him. I will never forget as a young man walking in downtown Greenville with Bob, he naturally in a kilt, and getting catcalls and whistles from passers by. Bob just laughed, smiled and waved. I always thought his kilts were cool. I enjoyed every chance I got to see and speak with him over the years. He was a wonderful and incredibly talented man, and he will be missed. My heartfelt condolences to his family. Bo Wood.

I'm very sorry for Bob's loss. He was so loved by all who passed through his painting classes at FULIR at Furman. HIs Friends here in GReenville have missed him over the years. He was so talented and sociable. He was loved by many. My husband, Claude, enjoyed knowing him very much and we met wonderful friends through his class when we moved to GReenville. My thoughts are with you, Betty, and the family.
