Thomas Michael Koepke, 64, of Simpsonville, SC went to be with the Lord on December 24, 2013, after demonstrating integrity and grace in his fight against cancer. We grieve the loss of this loving husband, father and friend but we find comfort knowing he is at peace at home with our Father in Heaven.

He was born to the late Victor and Evelyn Koepke, December 13, 1949 in Milwaukee, WI. Tom received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. He married Jamie Reince in 1998 and they lived in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Charlotte, NC and relocated to Simpsonville, SC in 2003.

Tom was a Human Resources Professional with Wells Fargo and was very passionate about making a difference.

Having been born in Wisconsin, Tom was a big fan of the Green Bay Packers and found much enjoyment in playing golf.

He is survived by his wife, Jamie Reince Koepke of Simpsonville, SC; daughter Heather Massera (Karl) of San Tan Valley, AZ along with two grandchildren, Alexandria Emberlyn Massera and Reed Thomas Massera; his son Eric Koepke (Julia) of Simpsonville, SC; sister Barbara Koepke Lynch of West Allis, WI; brother-in-law Michael Reince (Carol) of Fort Worth, TX; sister-in-law Claudia Reince McClone (Michael) of Menasha, WI; sister-in-law, Francie Reince Karnopp of Green Bay, WI; sister-in-law Heidi Reince Rasmussen of Boynton Beach, FL, in addition to many nieces and nephews.

Tom was an active member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Simpsonville, SC.

A Vigil Service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 26, 2013 with visitation following until 8:30 p.m., at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Southeast, 1604 NE Main Street, Simpsonville, SC.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27, 2013 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 2252 Woodruff Road, Simpsonville, SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Hope Lodge, 267 Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC 29401; or to the Greenville Humane Society, 305 Airport Road, Greenville, SC 29607.
