William Fields Obituary
Born in Rockledge, Fla., he was a 5th-grade student at Gateway Elementary, where he earned the perfect attendance award the past three years, and was an honor roll student this year. Willy was a member of New Life Baptist Church, Cub Scout Pack #407, and played baseball with the Cardinals of the Travelers Rest Little League.
Surviving are his mother, Angela G. Painter and her fiance, Ben Collins; a sister, Nikki Adams; a brother, Malcolm Coles; maternal grandmother, Brenda Painter; an aunt, Amanda Rothel; and three uncles.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow at Enoree Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary.
The family will be at the home.
Memorials may be made to the William E. Fields Burial Fund, P.O. Box 369, Travelers Rest, SC 29690.
The Howze Mortuary, Travelers Rest, is in charge of arrangements.
