Barbara Milstein Obituary

BARBARA MILSTEIN - age 74, died at home in Jupiter, FL on March 15, 2006 surrounded by her family after a brave four-year struggle with ovarian cancer. A longtime resident of Greenwich, she lives on in the hearts of her husband of 50 years, Sidney, three children, six grandchildren and scores of caring friends. A graduate of New York University and Bridgeport University, she, along with her husband, led Aegis Productions, a documentary film production company in Manhattan. She later worked as a counselor at the Wilkins Center for Eating Disorders. She served as a vice president of Temple Sholom and a leader in the League of Women Voters. Contributions may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County (www.hpbc.com) or to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (www.ocrf.com).
