Edgar Gasbarri Obituary
Edgar C. Gasbarri Sr., 91, passed away peacefully, on February 14, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born January 3,1927, to Cecelia and John Gasbarri. In addition to his wife Connie, he was predeceased by his son John Gasbarri (Patricia) and siblings Rita Amen and John Gasbarri, Jr. He is survived by daughters Debra Gasbarri, Donna Shapiro (Scott), Celia Meli (Richie), son Ed Gasbarri, Jr. (Pam) and siblings Gloria Talbott, Genevieve Ferrara and Vilma Merklen. He also leaves behind many grand, great-grand, great, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews who meant the world to him. He was known for his love of cars and music, but most of all for his humorous personality and unconditional love for his family and friends. There are no words to describe how much he will be missed. A memorial mass, to celebrate his life, will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Riverside, on Saturday, February 24 at 11 a.m.
