Gloria Mackenzie Obituary

GLORIA JANE MACKENZIE - died peacefully at Greenwich Hospital on August 3, 2007. She was 73.

Gloria was born on September 4, 1934 in Port Chester, NY to Anthony and Ida Melillo. She graduated from Greenwich High School in 1953, and worked as a Lab Tech., Medical Assistant for 30 years.

She is survived by her beloved husband, John, her brother Anthony J. Melillo, Jr. of Stamford, sisters Rose Caldwell and Carol Zarrili of Greenwich; children John Peter MacKenzie, Jr., Dale Marie Mackey and Mark Edward MacKenzie, son- in-law Brian Mackey and daughter-in-law Jillian MacKenzie and her two grandchildren Jennifer K. Mackey and Jack P. Mackenzie.

Calling hours will be held on Monday August 6, 2007 from 5-8PM at the Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home 31 Arch Street Greenwich, CT.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday August 7, 2007 at 10AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church 4 Riverside Ave Riverside, CT.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the charity of your choice.
