Dear Ryan,
I was introduced to you last night, at the awards assembly at the Greenwich High School auditorium. I thank you and your family for remembering Jacqueline as the first recipient of the Ryan Zimmerman Memorial Award. I am deeply honored and moved to have such an honor bestowed upon my daughter. Going thru a major loss in life is never easy and I know that no words can make it easier. Just know that Ryan will be missed a great deal, but our love for him will give him the courage and strength to make it no matter where he is. I know he will be watched over well by my dad, Stewart SR., as well as his grandparents, other family members, and friends that have gone before him. Loss is never easy, but memories and love are strong providers to help us all thru these difficult times. If ever you need/want to contact me, please feel free to do so. Ry- I will never forget the countless occasions you spent in my house.
