Theresa Azzara Obituary
Theresa Anne Azzara, age 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, friends, and colleagues on Friday, November 4, 2022 at Greenwich Hospital.
Theresa's Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 309 S. Main St., Waterbury. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at the church.
