Dear Auntie Kina,

It was with a great sense of loss when we heard of Uncle Ko's death.
We wanted to let you know that you have our greatest sympathy, and our hearts are truly saddened.
Uncle Ko was more than just a wonderful person; As a child I remember he was always so kind and considerate to us that we always welcomed seeing him at every opportunity and, we know that his passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of all those who knew him.
Uncle KO will always remain within our hearts, and we have included Uncle Ko and you in our daily prayers. May God give you strength.
Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with you.

With our deepest sympathy,

Frank, Tessie, Mike, Rick, April, Michaela, and Daniel Dumlao

Death, be not proud

Death, be not proud, though some have called thee
Mighty and dreadful, for thou art not so;
For those whom thou think'st thou dost overthrow
Die not, poor Death, nor yet canst thou kill me.
From rest and sleep, which but thy pictures be,
Much pleasure; then from thee much more must flow,
And soonest our best men with thee do go,
Rest of their bones, and soul's delivery.
Thou art slave to fate, chance, kings, and desperate men,
And dost with poison, war, and sickness dwell,
And poppy or charms can make us sleep as well
And better than thy stroke; why swell'st thou then?
One short sleep past, we wake eternally
And death shall be no more; Death, thou shalt die.

My condolences to Kiko's family. Kiko is an old friend and classmate from Agana Heights Elementary to High school days. We grew up with the joys of being young, daring and having a grand time with other school mates and teachers. Its always so sad to to hear a friend's passing. Memories will live on and my prayers go to his family and children. He will long be remembered as the young rough kid in Agana Heights. Adios my friend, Francisco ..and may God Speed. Si Nora (San Agustin) Guerrero formerly of Agana Heights.
