Former Speaker of Chuuk State / House of Representatives
Innocente Oneisom, also best known as "Sipach", of Chuuk State, village of Sangku, Tonoas Island; was called to his eternal rest by our Heavenly Father on November 17, 2025 at the age of 69.
Last Respects: Viewing for Sipach will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Guam Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, Barrigada. Final resting place will be at Wichappachap, Tonoas Island, Chuuk State.
