Rose, Justin and family, I saw Johns picture and immediately knew who he was. My deepest condolences in the loss of your husband. I remember we came to your house a couple of times and John had the best music. I asked him where he got it and he said being on a ship for extended periods, he passed the time by making "cassettes". I remember he made some for me and I spent a lot of time listening to them. Not sure if you remember me but my name is Betty Santos married to James Santos. We were friends of Bill and Jennie Agualo. I saw that you and John had a wonderful marriage and you both loved your son so much. It is hard to lose the one you have loved most of your life. Treasure all your good times and memories. May you and your family find peace after losing such a wonderful man. May John rest in peace. Always, Betty Santos

Dearest Rosita, Justin and family: our beloved John, faithfully obedient and God-loving in this life has gone HOME to claim his worthy reward of eternal happiness and peace in our Father's Kingdom! I, along with everyone who were blessed to know him, will join you in celebrating his NEW LIFE! David and I will cherish memories of John from elementary school through high school in Barrigada, San Vicente Catholic School, JFK, and on to our visits at each other's homes, while you were living in Vallejo, CA. He and I are second cousins – Bejongs - through my mom and his dad.
John will always be nearby…for he loved and adored you and your beloved son and his family! You will feel his spirit with EVERY thought and memory of him! I know how devoted, dedicated and LOVING you were to him, hence, you are blessed with a lifelong journal of wonderful memories to bear the void created by his physical absence! May your faith and love in our Father and in our Blessed Mother sustain you in the days ahead.
