Manuel Rivera Obituary
(January 10, 1932 - July 31, 2010) Fondly known as Manu or Manuet Kakarote / Manuel Camacho Rivera is a Korean War Retiree Recipient of Silver Star and Bronze Star... He was called to his eternal rest at the age of 78 years. Mass of intentions is being offered every evening at 7:00pm at St Anthony Church in Tamuning. On the 9th night Sunday, August 8, 2010 dinner will be served after the mass. Last Respects will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at St Anthony Church in Tamuning beginning at 9:00am. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1:00pm and burial will follow at the Guam Veterans Cemetery in Piti.

Auntie Ena and Family,
Our hearts and condolences goes out to your family during this difficult time. I will never forget the love and attention Uncle Manuel gave to me as a child when my father (his brother Ignacio) passed away. Allowing me to visit with him often, he gave that great support and love that helped me through that difficult year without a father. He is truly a blessed uncle that is now in a better and peaceful place with my father, his brothers and Roland.

Our heart goes out to you Ena and the family for the passing of your beloved one. We are sorry we are unable to make it home and with our utmost regret missing him on his last day. However, we will always remember him in our heart and will never be forgotten. We will always tresure all the good times we have shared and all the things he has done for us. May his soul rest in peace Chelu. Manuet is resting peacefully now with our heavenly father and may you and your family find comfort knowing that he is in good hands now and a better place.
