Cousin Vince, Despite God calling you home, I’m happy we were able to reconnect in Guam for your moms birthday on 10/30/19. We’ve had some good times. You’ve taken special care with me and my children as they visited Guam to reconnect with the family. I will always be grateful. You will be sorely missed but know that your kind, gentle, generous spirit will live in our hearts! Thank you for being a great role model and cousin.
