It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tom Robinson at the age of 73. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones, on October 26, 2025. For 53 years, Tom shared his life with his beloved wife, Deb- his partner, confidant, and best friend. Together, they built a life and home filled with love, laughter, and memories to last a lifetime.
Tom took great pride in being a father to his three children, Lindsey Nikkel, Summer Baz, and Jim Robinson. He was a wonderful role model, and an adoring grandfather to his two grandchildren, Sydney and Parker Robinson.
Tom was an honest, generous, and witty man. He was a man of integrity, with a strong, moral compass. He instilled those values in his family, and in the businesses he built, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him. He was a hard worker and a proud business owner of Knox Excavating for 25 years. He found joy in playing pickle ball, exploring new destinations with his wife, and maintaining his health and vitality at the gym. Tom's love for adventure was only matched by his generosity, kindness, and his ability to light up a room with his captivating storytelling.
Though Tom may no longer be with us, his spirit will continue to inspire and guide us. May he rest in peace, knowing he made a lasting impact on the world around him.
