I was also a classmate of Kathleen's at Shamrock High School. She rode to school with me in the mornings our entire senior year and we also sang together in the chorus. I loved her sense of humor and sweet friendship. She was truly a special person.

Basile Family, I sang along side of Kathleen with the Georgia Connection and she was one of the most positive people I know; full of life and made everyone smile. God has a plan for us all and a timeframe in which we live, but we ultimately all will be together again. May God Bless your family during this healing time! Carol Bell

Kathleen was such an inspiration to me. She lived life to the fullest without complaint. She didn't let her disease slow her down. We sang in Celebration Choir together and she had the most beautiful voice. The soprano section won't be the same without her. She had one of the most beautiful spirits I've ever known. I'm going to miss her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.

Basile Family,

I worked with Kathleen at Kroger for the past 9 years. Kathleen was a wonderful friend with a very generous spirit. I know this is nothing you haven't heard a hundred times before.

I wanted you to know that she spoke of her family often with me and shared many funny stories of your gatherings and holidays spent together. She loved you all so much.

I am trying to find comfort in the fact that she is no longer in pain and she is in heaven waiting for us all.

My prayers are with you all.
