News Death Notice

VAIL, Adam Jonathon age 19 of Hamilton passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 8:24 PM. He was born in Hamilton on March 3, 1989 the son of Douglas and Michele (Flowers) Vail. Adam was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. He is survived by his parents, Douglas and Michele Vail of Hamilton; three sisters, Jennifer (Justin) Baker of West Chester, Jessica (Brandon) Bacher, and Christine (Stephen) Piper, both of Cincinnati; maternal grandparents, Marjorie and George Flowers of Hamilton; paternal grandparents, Donna and Sonny Vail of Hamilton; great-grandfather, Albert Enderle of Fairfield; a niece, Isabella; five nephews, Austin, Devin, Colin, Jacob, and Trenton; his beloved dog, Shadow; and numerous aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by an uncle, Jonathon Flowers. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 2550 Millville Avenue, on Friday, September 12, 2008 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Jeff Bacon, Celebrant. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. www.browndawson.com

We have had many good times with Adam with basketball, camping and staying overnite. Eric has told me so many funny stories, but the best was hanging hot dogs from the ceilling fan and watching the dog chase after them. Rest in peace Adam. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
