News Death Notice
BLEVINS, Beverly (Hatfield) age 71, of Middletown, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Hospice of Butler and Warren County. She was born January 12, 1943 in Franklin, OH to Fred and Mary K. (Amick) Hatfield. She was a homemaker. Beverly is survived by her children, Terry Blevins, Scott (Linda) Blevins, Chuck Blevins, Jason (Julie) Blevins, Sherry (Carl) Breece, Tina Blevins, step-son, Rob (Christine and family); grandchildren, Little Terry Blevins, Alison Blevins; sister, Barb Green; brother, Rick Hatfield and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Viola McClung, Sarah Ellis and Helen Hatfield. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to P.A.W.S. Animal Shelter, 6302 Crossing Blvd., Monroe, OH 45050. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.bakerstevensparramore.com
