Billy Murphy Obituary
News Death Notice
MURPHY, Billy E. age 71, of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at West Chester Medical Center. He was born October 19, 1938 in Middletown, OH to Thomas B. and Inez Hazel (Coburn) Murphy. He was a truck driver for Air Products. Billy was a member of Moose Lodge #501 and Eagles Lodge #3458. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Hazel Murphy; brothers, Charles, Carl, Ralph, Jack and Rodney Murphy. Billy is survived by his wife, Judy L. Murphy of 26 years; daughters, Gayle (Ed) Webb & Gerry (Mark) Cokley; sons, Guy "Gene" (Lynda) Murphy & Billy Joe Murphy; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Marsha "Deanie" Pridemore, Janet (Ralph) Gillman, Sharon (Steve) Wood, Glenda (Max) Dungan and also survived by many loving family members and friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 27, 2010 from 10:00-12:00 PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor James Simpkins officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 15120 Collections Center Drive, Chicago, IL 60693. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.bakerstevensparramore.com.

I did not know Billy personally, however, I can say he was a good and carring man. I know this through the passion for life and carring of his daughter Gayle Webb. All of Heaven is rejoycing to have received such a wonderful soul. Take comfort in the knowledge, we will see him again.
