David Profitt Obituary
News Death Notice
PROFITT, David age 75 of Middletown, died Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at his residence. He was born November 30, 1935, in Campton, Kentucky the son of Harvey Monroe Profitt and Martha Amanda (Roberts) Profitt. David was retired from Black Clawson. He is survived by brothers and sisters, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Profitt, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Profitt, Ethel Kennedy, and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Siewny; a brother-in-law, John D. (Anne) Campbell of Springboro, Ohio; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marcia Lynn Profitt in 2010. A special thanks to special friends Sandy Smith and Marilyn Minor, and all the health care and public service workers that assisted with his later years. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, October 28 at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Reverend Norman Coleman officiating. Visitation will be 10:30 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Butler County. i worked with davy at black-clawson and remember him running a crane. i ran one of the small drill presses most of the time. dave was a very nice person at work and i would still see him out in public once in a while. my sympathy is with the family.

I am very sorry for the loss of your brother. I did not know David, but worked with both his brothers and sister at Aeronca. They all formed a very nice family and I know he will be missed.
