David SHACKELFORD Obituary
News Death Notice
SHACKELFORD, David B. "Shack" Age 45, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at his residence. He was born September 4, 1969 in Middletown, and lived most of his life in Madison Township. He graduated from Madison High School in 1987 and attended Miami University in Oxford. He was a carpenter by trade his whole life, working for Old School Construction and for himself. David could build and fix anything. He was also an outdoorsman. Preceding him in death was his father, Vernon B. Shackelford. He is survived by his mother, Lorraine Shackelford; one daughter, Tiara Shackelford; one brother, Doug Shackelford (Nancy); one nephew, Darren; one niece, Darci; his fiancée, Donna Beltz, her son Joshua Fraley and her daughter Hunter Miller. Visitation will be Monday, December 8, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, followed by services at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Dan Flory officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Poasttown, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, Ohio 45044. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.herr-riggs.com
