News Death Notice

HAUG, Edward J. age 70, of Middletown passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014, at Hospice of Butler and Warren County. He was born August 20, 1943 in Zanesville, OH to Edward and Mary (Ankrom) Haug. Ed graduated from Zanesville High School and attended Ohio University. He was honorably discharged from the US Army after serving during the Vietnam War. He retired from Armco Inc. in the Research Department as a Lab Technician after 32 years of service. He was currently employed at Meyer Tool Company as a Lab Technician for 12 years. Edward was a member of Grace Baptist Church of Mason, OH. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Teresa Haug; sons, Jeff (Fallon) Haug of Hilliard, OH, Greg (Christie) Haug of Canal Winchester, OH, Steve (Elizabeth) Haug of Houston, TX and Andrew Haug of Middletown; 9 grandchildren; brothers, Jon (Jo Anne) Haug, David (Donna) Haug and special babies, Lilly and Lucy. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 3, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Baker -Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, August 4, 2014 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Jerry Pelfrey officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery with Middletown Combined Honor Guard Services. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.bakerstevensparramore.com.
