News Death Notice
CROUCH, Evelyn M. (nee Forman) Lunsford Age 83 of Hamilton passed January 13, 2014 at her home. She was born March 4, 1930 the daughter of Homer and Glady (Belcher) Forman. Evelyn was a member of Tri-County Assembly (TCA) is loved and will be missed by all, especially her loving family. She leaves behind her children, Carol (Ronnie) Oliver and Wayne (Sharon) Lunsford; grandchildren, Brooke (Dave) Tarvin, Bryan Freeman, Stacy (Keith) Holley and Jennifer (Christian) Long; great-grandchildren, Aileen Tarvin, Connor Tarvin, Genna Tarvin, Valen Freeman, Abigail Freeman, and another precious one on the way; siblings, Garrett Forman, Frank Forman, Ruby Wooton and Della Knapp. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Harold Lunsford and Paul Crouch; and 10 siblings. Visitation will be 10 a.m. - until time of service (12 Noon), Friday, January 17, 2014 at Tri-County Assembly, 7350 Dixie Hwy., Fairfield, OH 45014 with Pastor Brad Rosenberg officiating. Burial will follow at Somerville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to TCA. Condolences may be offered at www.avancefuneralhome.com

Wayne & Sharon, I am so sorry for your loss. Wayne, I remember talking to Evelyn about our Sons.. and how Proud we are/were of them!!! YOU have been blessed by having a Mother like her in your Life and your kids a Grandmother. My heart goes out to you and yours.

So sorry to hear about this. I'm Paul Crouchs granddaughter and for the past 10 years I have always sent a Christmas card ad received one from her as well but unfortunately I wasn't able to send any this year due to having a third baby and hectic schedule. I will forever regret not sending her a card :-(
