GARRISON, Genevieve "Jenny" Etta age 87 of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on March 25, 2012 at Golden Years Nursing Center. She was born on June 30, 1924 in Morgantown, West Virginia the daughter of William and Mary (Johnson) Shaffer. She married Raymond C. Garrison and together they raised three children. Jenny worked in the cafeteria for Fairfield Schools for many years. She is survived by her three children, Sharon (Thom) Tabler, Ronald (Winifred) Garrison, and Roger Garrison; five grandchildren, Melanie (Rob) Moore, Jeremy (Holly) Tabler; Rhonda Carr, Scott (Jordan) Garrison and Brian (Stephanie) Garrison; eleven great grandchildren, Sydni, Kelsi, Lyndsi, Alexi, Ellissa, Ashtin, Alexandria, Samantha, Jonah, Brooke, and Courtney; and many other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond Garrison and one son, Roger Garrison. Visitation will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Road, Ross, OH on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. www.charlesyoungfuneralhome.com
