WILLOUGHBY, John A. Age 60, of Camden, Ohio passed away Monday, September 5, 2005 at 1:00 a.m. at his daughter, Sheila Agee's residence in Warren County. He was born December 7, 1944 in Middletown, Ohio and lived in this area all his life. He was employed as an installer for DeBusk Siding for 12 years. He then was a construction worker for Local Union 534 for 18 years, retiring in 2002. He enjoyed deer and turkey hunting as well as fishing and camping with his family. He was an avid outdoorsman. He was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Clara (Combs) Willoughby; sister, Wilma Creech; brother, Robert Combs. He is survived by wife of 41 years, Ruth Willoughby; two daughters, Michele Brooker, husband Larry – Franklin, Ohio, Sheila Agee, husband Tim – Middletown, Ohio; four grandchildren: Shelby, Logan, Griffin and Loryn; three brothers: James Combs – Middletown, Ohio, Barry Willoughby, wife Debbie – Gratis, Ohio, Tony Horning, wife Vikki – Monroe, Ohio; five sisters, Zina Taylor – Middletown, Ohio, Judy Couch, husband Bob – Franklin, Ohio, Diana Hollon, husband Bill – Middletown, Ohio, Glenna Jackson – Middletown, Ohio, Gail Willoughby – Finley, Ohio. Visitation will be Thursday, September 8, 2005 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown. Funeral services will be Friday, September 9, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Monroe First Church of God, 100 East Ave., Monroe, Ohio with Reverend Gary Agee and Pastor Terry Ball officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 105 McKnight Drive, Middletown, Ohio 45044.
