News Death Notice
WYATT (Schliesman), Kari Ellen Age 56 passed away Monday October 5, 2015. She was born April 17, 1959 in Hamilton the daughter of the late Donald E. and Dian E. (Athey) Schliesman. Kari was a 1977 graduate of Fairfield High School. She worked for Betty Stiver's health food store for many years. She enjoyed living at Parkside Care Center and volunteered and served others at Tri-County Extended Care Center, and at other facilities. Kari loved the Lord and her church family at Morningstar Christian Fellowship. She is survived by her sister Carol (the late Loyd) Boldman, her brother Chris (Cheryl) Schliesman, her brother Kevin (Susan) Schliesman, and her sister Candy (Craig) Edmonston; nieces and nephews Kyle (wife Deborah), Kelly (husband Mike), Kacey (husband Nick), Mary (husband Brian), David (wife Nicole), Daniel (wife Leslee), Anna (husband Gary), Ryan, Amanda, Jonathan, Bryce, and Grace. Kari is also survived by her life long best friend Jay Stiver. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Saturday October 10, 2015 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Ron Howard, officiating. Burial to follow in St. Stephen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions would be appreciated to michaeljfox.org for Parkinson's research. www.websterfuneralhomes.com

I knew Kari since we were in Fairfield Senior High School. I have known her for thirty- eight years as my best friend, the love of my life, and my Girlfriend. We were by each other's side through our sad times and our happy times. I know her likes and dislikes. We had done so much together that I would be telling you about it until we all went to be with Jesus in the second coming. I gave my ulogy between Carol Schliesman Boldman, Chris Schliesman, Kevin Schliesman, and Candy Schliesman Edmonston in Karis funeral. And I still to this day think of all.of the awesome times that my Sweetie Peetie and I had. I cry about the sad times and I laugh about the good times that she and I had together as a boyfriend and a girlfriend would do. I will see her again when I journey from my temporary home and journey to my permanent home in Heaven where I will hug and kiss her again. Karis best friend and love of her life and her Sweetie Peetie, Jay Stiver of Fairfield, Ohio.

Kari went to our church what a blessing she was but, now she is walking and has a straight posture. Praising the Lord Jesus and having a good time.

My deepest condolences to the family. Prayers for Peace and Strength for All. I didn't know Kari but kept up on her through Candy. She was someone to look up to and so inspirational. Her love of the Lord was immeasurable. She is definitely in a glorious place with no more pain or struggles.Blessings,
