Our deepest sympathies to Roxanne, Penny, and Kim on the loss of your beautiful mom. Martha and mom (Joyce Hibbard) were sweet friends though school days in London and later shared many days and laughs together selling real estate. Your mom was always kind, giving, and never without that smile. Our prayers are with each of you and families today and for the days ahead. Kindly remembered, Sheila and `Joycie´ Joyce Hibbard
