News Death Notice

ROSE, Michael A. age 56 of Fairfield passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Friday, April 6, 2012 at 11:12 PM. He was born in Hamilton on December 27, 1956 the son of Ronald R. and Hazel (Swartz) Rose. Michael was a 1973 graduate of Gairfield High School and was employed at O.P.W. He was known for being a good mechanic and enjoyed being around others and especially fishing, camping, and motorcycles. He is survived by his mother, Hazel Rose of Fairfield; daughter, Jamie Walton of Fairfield; siblings, Amy (Robert) Sasser of Monroe, Steven Rose of Cincinnati, and Lori (Joe) Agnew of Madison Township; two grandchildren, Sierra LeAnn Walton and Shawn Christopher Walton; and his stepmother, Lola Faye Rose of Franklin. He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Barry Clardy of the Princeton Pike Church of God officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. www.browndawsonflick.com
